研究方向:
番茄优质高抗的分子机理与品种培育。番茄起源种醋栗番茄经过驯化和改良产生现代栽培番茄,这一过程主要以产量等果实性状为标准进行选择。与现代栽培番茄相比,番茄野生种具有很强的耐盐碱、耐养分亏缺、抗病虫害等逆境胁迫的能力。我的工作主要以番茄为模式,从作物驯化的角度解析番茄优质抗逆的分子机制;针对栽培番茄遗传背景狭窄,品种同质化严重的问题,结合传统育种和基因组编辑技术,创制番茄新种质。相关工作发表于Plant Physiology (2019, 2021), PNAS (2018), Nature Communications (2015), Plant Cell (2011), New Phytologist (2011)等期刊;培育泰番1号、泰番2号等番茄品种;主持国自然面上、国自然联合基金课题、国家重点研发子课题、农业部转基因生物新品种培育重大专项子课题、山东省良种工程子课题、山东省自然科学基金重大基础研究等项目。
