艾希珍,女,教授,博士生导师,山东省现代农业产业技术体系蔬菜创新团队岗位专家,中国农业工程学会设施园艺工程专业委员会委员,中国园艺学会黄瓜分会理事。1964年9月生于山东省平度市,1987年山东农业大学蔬菜专业本科毕业,之后留校任教,1996年获沈阳农业大学硕士学位,2003年获山东农业大学博士学位。
教学情况:为本科生主讲蔬菜园艺学、设施园艺学、特产创汇蔬莱栽培、设施园艺研究进展等课程,获山东农业大学教学成果一等奖1项,二等奖2项。为博士、硕士研究生讲授高级设施蔬菜学,设施园艺进展、现代园艺研究进展等课程,培养硕士研究生60余名,博士研究生10余名。
科研情况:研究方向为蔬菜栽培生理与生态,近年来主要研究了设施蔬菜对低温弱光的响应与适应;低温下设施蔬菜光合作用调节机理及调控技术;设施蔬菜光合作用关键酶与抗逆基因功能分析;设施蔬菜光质需求原理与技术;设施根区土壤改良与环境调控技术;设施蔬菜轻简化高效栽培关键技术、设施蔬菜精准管理与优质高效生产关键技术、激素参与砧穗互作调控嫁接黄瓜耐冷性机理、褪黑素调控设施蔬菜环境适应及叶片衰老技术研发与应用等。先后主持国家自然科学基金、 “十一五”、“十二五”国家科技支撑计划、“十三五”国家重点研发计划、国家农业科技成果转化、山东省农业重大应用技术创新、山东省重大科技创新工程等科研课题40多项。
主要业绩:获得发明专利5项,制定山东省地方标准7项,在国内外核心期刊上发表论文100余篇,获得山东省科技进步一等奖2项,二等奖6项。每年培训基层技术人员1500人次以上,指导设施蔬菜生产20余次。2013年被授予“泰安市优秀科技工作者”称号,1999、2004、2012、2016年多次被评为民盟山东省优秀盟员,2016年被评为山东农业大学“十大师德标兵”。
