黄家保,副教授。博士毕业于华南农业大学,University of Massachusetts, Amherst访问学者,曾就职于南昌大学。2018年通过高层次人才引进受聘于山东农业大学。以第一作者或共同作者在Plant Cell、New Phytologist、Plant Physiology、Frontiers in plant science等高水平期刊上发表研究论文。
研究方向:
植物亲和性的调控在生产上具有重要的应用价值。我们目前主要关注十字花科作物(白菜、甘蓝、萝卜等)自交不亲和、远源杂交不亲和的分子机理,综合运用分子、细胞、遗传、生化和植物生理学的手段解析细胞壁和激素信号在植物亲和/不亲和反应中扮演的角色。通过基础研究剖析亲和性变化的分子本质,在分子层面上探明可能的影响因素,为创造性的解决目前育种和制种产业面临的瓶颈问题提供新的思路和手段。
教学:曾讲授本科生“细胞生物学”课程和研究生“细胞生物学实验”,现讲授本科生“蔬菜良种繁育学”、研究生“现代园艺植物遗传育种进展”和“蔬菜种质资源学”部分章节。
